Driven by curiosity and a passion for sharing, Hervé’s unique approach to music and culture is shaped by a rich, diverse background—rooted in his upbringing in Africa and expanded during his second chapter in Europe.
An avid record collector and selector, Hervé has developed a groovy, progressive, and psychedelic club sound where rolling basslines, acid synths, and cosmic melodies coexist in perfect balance. His eclectic sensibilities extend beyond the dance floor, as evident in his listening sets that seamlessly blend ambient, jazz, dub, and hip-hop—genres that form the foundation of his artistic identity.
Hervé has performed at renowned festivals such as Draaimolen, Nous’klaer, and Lente Kabinet, as well as celebrated Amsterdam venues including Club Raum, De School, and Doka. He has shared stages with artists like Vladimir Ivkovic, Eris Drew & Octo Octa, ISAbella, and Sugar Free. The Ivory Coast–born artist also performs under the alias Noord Loop, a collaborative project with his friend, mentor, and label partner, Tanzverbot.
Beyond the booth, Hervé is deeply committed to collaboration, nurturing talent, and enriching club culture. He is the co-founder of record label Polychrome Audio, club night Interfering Grounds, Noord Space, and the creative agency misuse. Across all these platforms, he embraces artistic risk, spontaneity, and a spirit of openness—values that define both his music and his life.
